State of Maine Apple Pie Contest : Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm OR Thursday, September 28, 2024 , 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Groups – Large Exhibits, Garden Clubs, Grange Exhibits, Extension Services, Scout Troops, and Special Displays: All group exhibits must be completed for judging by Thursday, September 21, 2024, 9:00 pm.
ITEM PICK UP
All Exhibits to be removed, Sunday, October 1, 2024, 9 am – 12 pm.
ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES TO BE REMOVED FROM THE HALL BEFORE SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2024. If removed earlier or without Superintendent present, no premium will be paid. For items that cannot be removed on the scheduled date, contact Carolyn Small before Sunday, September 29, 2024. If items are not removed by that date, they will become the property of the Cumberland Farmers’ Club and disposed of. The ribbon and premium will be forfeited.
