Livestock Entry (including 4-H)

In order to complete your Cumberland Fair Livestock Registration, we require a completed Livestock Entry form.

1) Find the Required Form from the available sources

2) Mail a completed form to the following address:

Attention Horse Owners: Important Notice

Please remember that any horse entering the state also needs to have a negative Coggins test with the previous 6 months.
